摘要 随着工业自动化技术的不断发展,以PLC为核心的工业控制系统正朝着规模化、模块化和网络化方向发展。CC-LINK IE Field是由三菱电机推出的开放式现场总线协议,具有通讯多层级、高速率的特点。大型倒车雷达生产线通过使用CC-LINK IE Field通讯协议,快速实现了现场设备之间的数据交互。本文详细说明了倒车雷达生产线数据采集和数据追溯系统软、硬件架构以及模块参数配置,并建立了一套完善的数据追溯系统。 With the continuous development of industrial automation technology, the industrial control system with PLC as the core is developing towards the direction of scale, modularization and networking. CC-LINK IE field is an open field bus protocol introduced by Mitsubishi Electric, which has the characteristics of multi-layer communication and high speed. In this paper, the CC-LINK IE field communication protocol is applied in large-scale reversing radar production line to realize the rapid data exchange between field devices. The software and hardware architecture and module parameter configuration of data acquisition and data tracing system for reversing radar production line are described in detail, and a complete data tracing system is established.
