摘要
我国传统的线下社区教育目前存在着居民参与度低、重视经济和政治功能轻视教育功能、各自为政难以形成合力等问题,而在“互联网+教育”的时代潮流下应运而生的“移动智能终端+社区教育”发挥了传统社区教育所没有的优势。基于此,从理论视角出发阐述移动智能终端赋能社区教育的可行性,在终身学习和以社区居民为本的理念指导下,从目标、内容、评价等方面构建实现策略,以期为我国社区教育的发展提供一种新思路。
At present,there are some problems in the traditional offline community education in China,such as the low participation of residents,the emphasis on economic and political functions and the neglect of educational functions,and the difficulty of forming a joint force in their own way.Under the trend of“Internet+education”,the“mobile intelligent terminal+community education”has played an important role in traditional community education.Based on this,this paper expounds the feasibility of empowering community education with mobile intelligent terminals from a theoretical perspective,and under the guidance of the concept of lifelong learning and community residents oriented,constructs the realization strategies from the aspects of objectives,contents and evaluation,hoping to provide a new idea for the development of community education in China.
