“两校一体”模式下职业院校与开放大学融合发展的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Integration Development of Vocational Colleges and Open Universities under the “Two-in-one” Model

“两校一体”模式下职业院校与开放大学一体化融合发展,仍面临理论认同困境、实践标准困境、机制管理困境、环境建设困境。通过明确“两校一体”发展的内涵和历史必然性,指出加强理论研究、统一理论认识,推进标准建设、打通培养路径,构建激励机制、激活学校活力,完善内部制度、健全工作机制,提升信息素养、构建实践体系是破解困境的重要举措。

Under the“two-in-one”model,the integration of vocational colleges and open universities still faces the dilemma of theoretical identification,practical standards,mechanism management and environmental construction.By clarifying the connotation and historical inevitability of the development of“two-in-one”model,it is pointed out that strengthening theoretical research,unifying theoretical understanding,promoting standard construction,opening up training path,building incentive mechanism,activating school vitality,perfecting internal system,perfecting working mechanism,improving information maintenance and building practice system are important measures to solve the problems.
