Lee Ven-ch’i is a famous library scholar during the Republic of China.His achievements in the cataloging mainly include Chinese Serial Publications,Lu Xun’s Writings Research,National Daily Survey,etc.,covering three forms of publications of newspaper,periodical and book.The various catalogues he compiled served libraries,which greatly promoted the development of the library during the Republic of China,and produced lasting influence.
