五代南汉买地券初步研究

Land Purchase Contracts in the Nanhan Kingdom of the Five Dynasties: A Preliminary Study

买地券作为一种模拟现实社会土地契约文本的随葬明器,是古代丧葬礼仪的重要物质载体。本文梳理目前发现的五件五代十国时期南汉国买地券,重点研究其在文本内容、书写体例、券名等方面的地域特色。

Land purchase contracts as funeral goods mimicked the land contracts used in the real world and they served as important material evidence for ancient funeral customs. The present paper investigated five land purchase contracts of the Nanhan Kingdom of the Five Dynasties, which were either archaeological finds or museum collections in Guangzhou. Those land purchase contracts were studied with a focus on the texts, writing style, and the way of naming, which may disclose regional characteristics.
