摘要
目的探究血尿酸(SUA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者病变程度的相关性。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的ACS患者120例,按疾病类型不同分为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组、非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组和ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)组,各40例,另选择40名同期健康体检者作为对照组;检测并比较四组血清SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平,分析不同血管病变支数患者SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平。结果STEMI组SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平均高于UAP和NSTEMI组,NSTEMI组SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平均高于UAP组,STEMI组、UAP组和NSTEMI组SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3支病变患者SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平高于双支病变和单支病变,且双支病变患者的SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平高于单支病变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机体SUA、Hcy、BNP和cTnⅠ水平与ACS病情密切相关,且同时检测四种指标水平有助于进一步了解患者病情,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA),homocysteine(Hcy),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)and the degree of disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 120 patients with ACS admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group,non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)group and ST-segment elevation according to the type of disease.Myocardial infarction(STEMI)group,40 cases each,and another 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group;the levels of serum SUA,Hcy,BNP and cTnⅠwere detected and compared in four groups,the levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP and cTnⅠin patients with different vascular lesion counts were analyzed.Results The levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP,and cTnⅠin the STEMI group were higher than those in the UAP and NSTEMI groups.The levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP,and cTnⅠin the NSTEMI group were higher than those in the UAP group.The levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP,and cTnⅠin the STEMI group,UAP group,and NSTEMI group were higher.All of them were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP and cTnⅠin the patients with 3 lesions were higher than those in the two-vessel disease and the single-vessel disease,and the SUA,Hcy,BNP and cTnⅠlevel was higher than that of single-vessel disease,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of SUA,Hcy,BNP and cTnⅠin the body are closely related to the condition of ACS,and the simultaneous detection of the four index levels is helpful to further understand the patient's condition and is worth clinical application.
