Objective To analyze the effect of early motorization of interlocking intramedullary nails on the healing of tibial fractures. Methods 90 patients with tibial fractures treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional interlocking intramedullary nails, and the observation group was treated with early motorized interlocking intramedullary nails. The two groups were compared for fracture healing rate,Rasmussen score, fracture healing time and complications. Results The fracture healing rate in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Rasmussen score in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 15.56%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early motorization of interlocking intramedullary nails can heal tibial fractures, shorten the healing time, improve fracture healing rate, and have fewer clinical complications, which is beneficial to the good prognosis of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
