富马酸比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗急性冠心病心力衰竭的疗效

Effect of Bisoprolol Fumarate Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Heart Failure in Patients with Acute Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察富马酸比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院诊治的冠心病心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用富马酸比索洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心率(HR)、左心室收缩末容积指数(LVESVI)、E峰血流速率(E峰)、晚期充盈A峰速率(A峰)、E/A、左房内径(LAD)。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05);两组LVEF、HR、LVESVI、E峰、A峰、E/A、LAD均较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富马酸比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效确切,可促进左室心功能恢复,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the efficacy of bisoprolol fumarate combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 45 patients.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and heart rate(HR),left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI),E-peak blood flow rate(E-peak),late filling A-peak rate(A-peak),E/A,and left atrial inner diameter(LAD).Results The total effective rate in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(82.22%)(P<0.05).The LVEF,HR,LVESVI,E-peak,A-peak,E/A,and LAD of the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol fumarate combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure,which can promote the recovery of left ventricular function and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
