油基钻井液用降滤失剂研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 油基钻井液用降滤失剂主要有沥青类、腐殖酸类、其他天然高分子改性类和合成高分子聚合物类。对各类降滤失剂的合成方法和作用机理进行了分析,发现沥青类降滤失剂因其“软点”的特性是最早岀现在油基钻井液中的一类处理剂,腐殖酸类降滤失剂由于污染较小在后期被大量应用。合成高分子聚合物降滤失剂因其具有良好的综合性能,近年来得到了人们的重视。 That the major fluid loss additives for oil-based drilling fluids are asphalt,humic acid,modified natural polymer and synthetic polymer.The synthetic method and mechanism of various fluid loss additives were studied and analyzed.Asphalt is one of the earliest fluid loss agents in oil-based drilling fluid for its wsoftening point"feature,but humic acid have been rapidly developed and have gained popularity due to low environment pollution.The polymeric fluid loss add让ive is a type of newly-developed agent of gaining great attention because its excellent comprehensive performance.
