摘要
采用超声波辅助提取法对紫丁香、白丁香、红丁香花蕾的精油提取条件进行了优化,在单因素和正交实验的基础上,确定了丁香花精油的最佳提取条件为:超声频率60 KHz,超声时间45 min(2次),丁香花1 g,石油瞇20 mL,浸提时间32 h。同时对这三种丁香花精油的抑菌活性进行了研究,结果表明:紫丁香精油对大肠杆菌有抑制作用;红丁香精油对枯草芽抱杆菌、酿酒酵母有抑制作用;白丁香精油对这几类微生物无抑制作用。
The extraction conditions of cloves essential oil from buds of Syringa oblata,Syringa oblata var.alba and Syringa villosa were optimized by ultrasonic assisted extraction.The optimum extraction conditions of cloves essential oil were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The ultrasonic frequency was 60 KHz,the ultrasonic time was 45 min(2 times),the ratio of material to solvent was lilac 1 g,Petroleum ether 20 mL,and the soaking time was 32 h.The results of the antimicrobial activity of the three cloves essential oil showed that the Syringa oblata essential oil had antimicrobial effect against Escherichia coli,the Syringa villosa essential oil had antimicrobial effect against Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae,and the Syringa oblata var.alba essential oil showed no antimicrobial effect against these microorganisms.
