提出要根据职业发展要求制订各专业的人才培养方案,顺应时代发展的要求,利用现有教学资源,加强金工实训教学的课程建设,科学、合理地安排教学内容,提高学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的创新思维,推动金工实训教学的良性发展。

This paper suggests formulating personnel training programs for different specialties based on requirements of professional development.By conforming to the times and making use of existing teaching resources,it also proposes strengthening the course construction of metalworking practical teaching,scientifically and reasonably arranging the teaching contents,increasing students interest in learning,stimulating their innovative thinking and promoting positive development of the practical teaching.
