高职院校学分制改革现状调查与对策分析

A Survey on the Current Situation of the Credit System Reform in Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasure Analysis

学分制已成为多数高职院校教学改革的实施路径,但高职院校学分制改革仍面临教育资源不充分、配套制度不健全等诸多现实障碍和问题。构建学分制人才培养方案,利用在线课程丰富学分制课程资源、建立适应学分制改革的教学管理制度和运行机制是有效实施学分制改革的基本对策,加强信息化与质量保证体系是实施学分制改革的必要支撑。

The credit system has become a way of implementation of the teaching reform in most vocational colleges.However,it still faces such obstacles and problems as insufficient educational resources and the imperfect supporting system.This paper discusses about basic countermeasures for effective implementation of the credit system reform such as building the personnel training scheme based on the credit system,making use of online courses to enrich the credit system-based curriculum resources and establishing the teaching management system and operation mechanism fit for the reform.Meanwhile,it is essential to strengthen the information construction and the quality assurance system.
