摘要
南方某铁矿选别过程中的湿抛尾矿含有可回收的石榴子石,通过对该尾矿中的石榴子石小型试验、扩大连选以及半工业性试验,最终可以得到稳定合格的石榴子石产品。石榴子石原矿品位24.00%,采用预先磁选抛尾、磁选—重选的工艺方案获得含石榴子石80.0%、回收率24%的精矿。
The wet throwing tailings of an iron mine in South China contain recycled garnet.Through small-scale test,expanded continuous separation and semi-industrial test,stable and qualified garnet products can be obtained.The raw ore grade of garnet is 24.00%.80.0%garnet bearing concentrate with a recovery of 24%is obtained by using the process plan of pre magnetic separation and tail discarding and magnetic separation gravity separation.
