摘要 全自动矿浆取样器是现代化选厂必不可少的设备。针对某选矿厂1、2系列原有管道取样系统在原矿铅品位高于1%的工况下取样代表性变差的问题,定制化设计了2套M1350线性移动刀口一次取样器+M1860二次缩分取样器系统用于就地取班样和在线X荧光品位分析仪进行在线品位测量。新系统取得的班次样品用于金属量计算,有效改善了原取样系统由于取样偏差带来的每月胀库问题,对选厂的生产计划起到了积极指导意义。 Automatic pulp sampler is an essential equipment for modern processing plant.The sampling representation of the series 1&2 original pipeline sampling systems in a concentrator gradually become worse when the lead grade in ore is higher than 1%.To solve these problem,2 sets of“linear moving cutter M1350 primary sampler+M1860 secondary shift sampler system”were customized designed for shift sampling on site and on-line grade X fluorescence analyzer for measuring minerals grade.The shift samples obtained by the new systems are used in the calculation of metal quantity,which effectively solves the problem of monthly expansion caused by sampling deviation of the original sampling system,and plays a positive guiding significance to the production plan of the processing plant.
