摘要
目的评价多模型迭代重组(ASIR-V)算法在新的CT平台(GE Revolution Frontier CT平台)上,高清模式下对图像质量的改善作用,并与自适应统计迭代重组(ASIR)算法及滤波反投影法(FBP)重组算法进行比较。方法在高清模式下,使用相同管电压(120 kVp),不同管电流(30 mA、50 mA、80 mA、100 mA、150 mA和200 mA)对一个人体胸部仿真模型进行扫描。图像重组采用HD标准模式下FBP、ASIR和ASIR-V,后两者混合重组权重分别选择20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%。测量和计算心脏噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),以评价图像质量。结果在电流组内部,三种重组方式获得的图像质量之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对所有电流组ASIR、ASIR-V获得的图像质量进行多因素方差分析得出两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);通过广义线性模型下的多因素方差分析及非参数检验两种方式对所有数据进行综合分析得出:6组电流、7组重组混合权重及2组重组模式(ASIR、ASIR-V)之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在新的CT平台(GE Revolution Frontier CT平台)高清模式下,ASIR-V在提高图像质量方面优于ASIR。
Objective To evaluate the effect of adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction Veo(ASiR-V)on image quality in high-definition mode on the new CT platform(GE Revolution Frontier CT platform),and adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(The adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASiR)algorithm and the filtered back projection(FBP)reconstruction algorithm are compared.Methods In a high-definition mode,a human chest simulation model was scanned using the same tube voltage(120 kVp)and different tube currents(30,50,80,100,150,and 200 mA).Image reconstruction uses FBP,ASiR and ASiR-V in HD standard mode,and the latter two reconstruction weights are selected as 20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,and 80%,respectively.Heart noise(SD),signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and contrastto-noise ratio(CNR)were measured and calculated to evaluate image quality.Results Within the current group,the difference between the image quality obtained by the three reconstruction methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).The multi-factor analysis of variance was obtained for the image quality of all current groups ASiR and ASiR-V.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.01).Comprehensive analysis was performed by multivariate analysis of variance and nonparametric test under the generalized linear model:6 groups of currents,7 groups of reconstructed mixed weights and 2 groups.There was a significant difference between the reconstruction modes(ASiR,ASiR-V)(P<0.01).Conclusion In the new CT platform(GE Revolution Frontier CT platform)HD mode,ASiR-V is superior to ASiR in improving image quality.
