卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤恶变复发后再治疗1例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告患者,61岁,因卵巢鳞状细胞癌术后7月,复发1月,于2018年1月29日入我院。患者2017年5月出现下腹部不适感,当地医院B超检査示:盆腔142mm×115mm肿块。肿瘤标志物:糖类抗原125(CAa)37U/ml,癌胚抗原(CEA)6.18ng/ml。于2017年6月17日行腹腔镜探査,术中冰冻病理检査提示成熟性畸胎瘤恶变,遂开腹行全子宫切除术+双侧附件切除术+大网膜切除术+阑尾切除术+盆腔淋巴结切除+腹主动脉旁淋巴结活检术。术后病理检査:右侧卵巢成熟型畸胎瘤恶变,呈高分化鳞状上皮癌改变,其余组织未发现肿瘤累及。
