新形势下提高基层生态环境队伍管理能力的对策与建议

结合基层生态环境管理工作的经验,围绕生态环境队伍执法能力不同程度地存在缺乏责任感、缺乏自我管理能力、缺乏管理科学知识等问题,提出了提高环境保护队伍环境管理能力的建议与对策。

Based on the experience of grass-roots ecological environment management work,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the environmental management ability of environmental protection team,focusing on the problems of law enforcement ability of the ecological environment team,such as lack of responsibility,lack of self-management ability and lack of management science knowledge in varying degrees.
