铁路跨区间无缝线路自动设计软件研究 被引量:2

摘要 铁路跨区间无缝线路设计具有数据种类多样,计算工作繁琐,绘制无缝线路布置图的工作量较大等特点。依据铁路跨区间无缝线路设计理论及规范要求,基于Python语言对AutoCAD进行二次开发,按照数据输入、数据处理、数据输出、绘制图形、界面设计的思路编制了铁路跨区间无缝线路自动设计软件。软件实现了铁路跨区间无缝线路复杂车站及区间范围内位移观测桩、道岔焊接接头、单元轨节接头、设计锁定轨温等无缝线路信息的自动分析计算,并按照规范要求自动绘制无缝线路轨条布置图和单元轨节布置表。应用结果表明:程序界面友好、操作简单、运行稳定,大幅提高了无缝线路设计的效率和正确率。 The design of continuous welded rail with welded turnout has the characteristics of diverse data types, complicated calculation, and heavy workload in drawing CWR layout. According to the relevant theory and specification requirements, Secondary development of AutoCAD based on Python language is carried out in the light of the order of data input, data processing, data output, drawing graphics and interface design. The program can analyze and calculate the coordinates of displacement observation piles, welding joints in turnout, joint of rail link and designed stress-free rail temperature. The program can automatically draw the layout of CWR rail link with graph and chart according to relevant railway codes. The application results show that the program has friendly interface, simple and stable operation, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of CWR design.
