摘要
机车车辆和列车检测系统的兼容性涉及行车安全,欧洲TSI中对其有明确的要求和配套标准,近年来中国国内也制定了类似标准,但以修改采用IEC或EN相关标准为主,总体上系统性研究较为缺乏。通过文献研究法,搜集整理了国内外机车车辆和列车检测系统兼容性标准和相关欧洲研究项目等资料,对标准的演进和完善过程进行了梳理和总结,并选取当前标准制定和运用中的若干问题进行分析。历经20年,欧洲包括EN 50238系列和EN 50617系列的兼容性标准体系已经基本建成,TSI中关于欧洲频率管理(FrM)的开口项也已初步关闭。IEC仅针对EN 50238第1部分制定了IEC 62427标准,而中国现行相关国家标准并不完善。建议立足中国铁路特点开展相关理论研究和系统测试,确定符合我国实际的干扰电流限值,完善相关标准体系。
The compatibility of rolling stock and train detection system involves operation safety, which has clear requirements and supporting standards in European TSI. In recent years, a few similar standards are also formulated in China mainly by the adoption of relevant IEC or EN standards with modifications. But in general, there is a lack of systematic research. Through the literature research method, corresponding documents are collected, including the domestic and foreign standards on the compatibility between rolling stock and train detection system, and relevant literature on European research projects. The processes of the evolution and perfection of the standards are reviewed and summarized, and some issues in the formulation and application of current standards are selected and analyzed. Over 20 years, the compatibility standard system in Europe, including the EN 50238 series and the EN 50617 series, is almost completed, and the open points on European Frequency Management(FrM) in TSI are preliminarily closed. IEC only sets the IEC 62427 standard based on EN 50238 Part 1, while the relevant national standards in China are not perfect at present. It is suggested to carry out relevant theoretical research and system test based on the characteristics of China Railway, to determine suitable interference current limits, and to improve relevant standards.
