摘要
技艺型员工是传统手工艺企业生存、发展的中流砥柱,现阶段技艺型员工的缺失、培养与长期留任存在诸多困境。通过构建人力资本培训机制,劳动管理机制,企业内、外部制度的三维机制,以及机制框架下"传统""校企合作"师徒传承路径,培养本土情境下传统手工艺企业新一代创新型中坚技术力量,以实现技艺型人力资本的稳定与提升。
Skilled employees are the mainstay of the survival and development of traditional handicraft companies.At present,there are many difficulties in the lack,cultivation and long-term retention of skilled employees.Through the construction of three-dimensional mechanism including human capital training mechanism,labor management mechanism,the internal and external systems of the enterprise,and the"traditional""school-enterprise cooperation"path of mentoring and apprenticeship under mechanism framework,the traditional handicraft companies would cultivate a new generation of innovative backbone technology in local context to achieve the stability and improvement of skilled human capital.
