阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮联合治疗精神分裂症的效果及相关机制研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的分析阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮联合治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及机制研究。方法选取我院2015年7月至2018年3月收治的精神分裂症患者84例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用单用齐拉西酮治疗,观察组患者采用齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者PANSS总分、认知功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月、6个月后,观察组患者PANSS总分低于对照组,即刻记忆、延迟记忆、视觉记忆及延迟视觉记忆评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者GFAP、BDNF、NT-3、S100-β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者BDNF、NT-3水平高于对照组,GFAP、S100-β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮联合治疗精神分裂症可改善患者认知功能,减轻患者精神症状,其机制可能与调节提高BDNF、NT-3水平,降低GFAP、S100-β水平有关。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and mechanism of aripiprazole plus ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 84 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with ziprasidone alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with ziprasidone plus aripiprazole.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in PANSS scores and cognitive function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,PANSS scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while immediate memory,delayed memory,visual memory and delayed visual memory scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,levels of GFAP,BDNF,NT-3 and S100-βin the two groups shows nostatistically significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of BDNF and NT-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and levels of GFAP and S100-βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of aripiprazole and ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia can improve cognitive function and reduce mental symptoms in patients.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of increased levels of BDNF,NT-3 and reduced levels of GFAP and S100-β.
