摘要
目的探讨弥散张量磁共振在卒中后情感障碍诊断中的价值。方法选取2014年7月至2016年12月在我院治疗的卒中后抑郁患者22例(观察组),同时选取卒中后无抑郁患者20例作为对照组,均给予弥散张量磁共振检查。结果观察组右侧和左侧额中回各向异性分数(FA)值分别为(0.460±0.122)和(0.450±0.125),明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组各感兴趣区表观扩散系数(ADC)值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);右侧、左侧额中回FA值与汉密尔顿抑郁量(HAMD)评分呈负相关(r=-0.323和-0.341,P<0.05)。结论弥散张量磁共振在卒中后抑郁诊断中有一定应用价值,卒中后抑郁患者双侧额中回FA值明显降低。
Objective To investigate the value of diffusion tensor nuclear magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of post-stroke affective disorder.Methods 22 patients with post-stroke depression treated in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2016(the observation group)were enrolled.20 patients with no depression after stroke were selected as the control group.All patients were given diffusion tensor nuclear magnetic resonance examination.Results Fractional anisotropy(FA)values of the right and left middle frontal gyrus in the observation group were(0.460±0.122)and(0.450±0.125),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in various areas of interest between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).FA values of right and left middle frontal gyrus were negatively correlated with the Hamilton depression(HAMD)score.(r=-0.323 and-0.341,P<0.05).Conclusion Diffusion tensor nuclear magnetic resonance has certain application value in the diagnosis of post-stroke depression.The FA value of bilateral middle frontal gyrus in patients with post-stroke depression is significantly lower.
