摘要
某高速接线工程使用临时钢栈桥进行运梁,为检验钢栈桥的承载能力和安全性,对钢栈桥进行相应的荷载试验和数值模拟。栈桥的荷载试验和数值模拟发现,钢栈桥的上下部结构均满足强度要求,并且发现钢栈桥的钢管桩结构存在由于弯曲变形和风、水荷载引起的拉应力。荷载试验和数值模拟证明,钢栈桥的强度和刚度满足施工安全性和使用要求。
A temporary steel trestle is used to transport beams in a highway connection project.To test the bearing capacity and safety of the steel trestle,the corresponding load test and numerical simulation are carried out for the steel trestle.The load test and numerical simulation of the trestle show that the upper and lower structures of the steel trestle meet the strength requirements,and the steel pipe pile structure of the steel trestle has tensile stress caused by the bending deformation,as well as the wind and water loads.The load test and numerical simulation show that the strength and rigidity of the steel trestle meet the construction safety and use requirements.
