摘要
浅基础文物建筑的托盘梁结构是移位设计的关键技术之一,选择符合实际情况的计算模型及方法对安全性至关重要。通过总结分析浅基础文物建筑整体平移顶升工程案例,提出一种逆作式移位托换施工工艺、设计计算模型及方法,包括:先施工上托盘梁,利用托盘梁对文物建筑基础进行加固,然后再施工下反力基础,以提高托换过程中的安全性;采用交替顶升、液压悬浮技术,以解决临时基础不均匀沉降对上部结构的不利影响。
The tray beam structure of shallow foundation listed building is one of the key technologies of displacement design.It is very important to choose the calculation model and method that accord with the actual situation.By summarizing and analyzing the case of the whole translation and jacking project of shallow foundation listed building,the construction technology and design calculation model and method of replacing tray by reverse displacement is put forward.First,the upper tray beam construction is performed,the foundation of the listed building is reinforced by using the tray beam,then the lower reaction foundation construction is performed to improve the safety in the process of underpinning;the alternative jacking and hydraulic suspension technology is used to solve the adverse effect of the uneven settlement of temporary foundation on the upper structure.
