幕墙用不锈钢材料的选型分析与焊接工艺 被引量:2

摘要 国内于近年颁布了相应的标准来指导建筑幕墙用不锈钢材料的选用,给出了不同腐蚀环境下对应的推荐材料。基于此,结合国内的相关工程案例,对标准推荐的不锈钢材料进行耐腐蚀性和力学性能的对比分析,为建筑幕墙用不锈钢材料的选型提供了指导。同时,利用WRC1992相图,对幕墙用奥氏体-铁素体型双相不锈钢材料022Cr23Ni5Mo3N的焊接性进行了分析,对采用推荐焊材后的焊缝组织进行了预测。最后,对不锈钢材料作为幕墙面板时的焊接工艺控制重点进行了分析,给出了焊接变形控制的方法。 In recent years,China have issued relevant standards to guide the selection of stainless steel materials for building curtain walls,and the corresponding recommended materials under different corrosive environments have been given.Based on this,combined with relevant domestic engineering cases,the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of stainless steel materials recommended by the standard are compared and analyzed,which provides guidance for the selection of stainless steel materials for building curtain wall.Meanwhile,the weldability of 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N,an austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel material for curtain wall,is analyzed by using W R C-1992 phase diagram,and the weld microstructure after using the recommended welding material is predicted.Finally,the key points of welding process control when stainless steel material is used as curtain wall panel are analyzed,and the method of welding deformation control is given accordingly.
