环氧增塑剂废水处理工艺

摘要 提供了一种环氧增塑剂废水处理装置,包括依次连接的油水分离单元、化学处理单元、沉淀处理单元、生化处理单元及排放前处理单元。利用上述装置处理环氧增塑剂废水主要包括油水分离、芬顿反应+酸碱中和、混凝沉淀+气浮、水解酸化+接触氧化以及吸附过滤等步骤。采用上述工艺能够成倍地降低废水中的COD值,使其符合标准,可用作冷却水或者消防用水,无需排放到外界环境中,从而减轻了环境处理负担,实现了资源的最大化利用。 An epoxy plasticizer wastewater treatment device was provided,which comprised an oil-water separation unit,a chemical treatment unit,a precipitation treatment unit,a biochemical treatment unit and a treatment unit before discharged in turn.The treatment steps of epoxy plasticizer wastewater by the device mainly included oil-water separation,fenton reaction and acid-base neutralization,coagulation precipitation and air floatation,hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation,adsorption filtration and so on.The above process could be used to reduce the COD value of wastewater exponentially and make it meet the standard.The water after treatment could be used as cooling water or fire water without being discharged into the external environment,thus reducing the burden of environmental treatment and realizing the maximum utilization of resources.
