抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP)低温摆锤冲击试验冷冻方式探究

摘要 低温摆锤冲击强度是评估抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP)产品在试验条件下脆性和軔性的重要质量指标,以抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP)EPS30R、SP179为例,用液氮和冷滤机两种不同的冷冻方式对标准样条进行低温处理,对比探究摆锤冲击实验结果表明,冷滤机冷却效果完全可代替液氮冷却。 rThe impact strength of low temperature pendulum is an important quality index for evaluating the brittleness and toughness of anti-flush copolymer polypropylene(PP)products under test conditions.Taking the anti-flush copolymer polypropylene(PP)EPS30R and SP179 as an example,the standard splines were treated at low temperature by a liquid nitrogen refrigerator and a cold filter respectively.The results of comparing and exploring pendulum impact experiments show that the cooling effect of cold filter can completely replace liquid nitrogen cooling.
