Editing and Features of Guizhou Province Gazetteer Maps in Ming Dynasty

本文从现存明代贵州四部省志入手,叙述了这四部省志编修的基本情况,探讨了省志舆图的设置与编绘,通过所设地理图和城图的分析,总结了这几部省志舆图的发展变化,以及编绘的特点,进而分析明代贵州所处的重要地位。

This article starts from the existing four provincial Gazetteers of Guizhou in the Ming Dynasty,which describes the basic situation of the compilation of these four provincial Gazetteers,and it also discusses the setting and editing of provincial Gazetteers maps.It summarizes these provincial Gazetteers maps through the analysis of the geographic and city maps setting development and changes,as well as the characteristics of editing,and then it analyzes the important position of Guizhou in the Ming Dynasty.
