我国国家公园保护的威胁因素及管理措施研究

Study on Threatening Factors and Countermeasures of Protection on China’s National Parks

系统梳理了我国自然保护地发展过程中常见的威胁类别及影响后果,基于我国基本国情下的资源价值认知和我国国家公园遴选的自然生态区域特性,从立法保护、规划管控、科研支撑、公众参与和科普宣教育等方面提出威胁管理及防控措施。

This paper systematically sorted out the common threat types and influence consequences during the development of China’s nature reserves.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of selected ecological regions and the unique value perception of natural and cultural resources with Chinese histories and its fundamental realities,we analyzed the threats and their influences on the conservation and protection of national parks in China,and put forward effective measures on threat management,assessment and integrated control from the aspect of legislation and legal education on protected areas,planning governance,scientific research support,public participation and science education.
