摘要
[目的]建立使用ICP-MS同时测定大米中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞、铝、钛、硒、镍、铁、铜、锌、钾、锰、硼、镁、锡、钠、钙、钡、锑、锶22种元素的方法。[方法]用微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定上述22种元素,试验探究更加简单有效的微波消解液,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。[结果]各元素标准曲线的线性相关系数在0.9994~0.9999,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.73%~11.01%,各元素的检出限在0.00043~0.887μg/L,加标回收率在84.49%~101.17%。[结论]该方法操作简便、所用试剂少、准确、灵敏度高,能满足大米中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞、铝、钛、硒、镍、铁、铜、锌、钾、锰、硼、镁、锡、钠、钙、钡、锑、锶22种元素同时测定分析的需要。
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 22 elements in rice by ICP-MS,including lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic,mercury,aluminium,titanium,selenium,nickel,iron,copper,zinc,potassium,manganese,boron,magnesium,tin,sodium,calcium,barium,antimony and strontium.[Method]Simultaneous determination of the above 22 elements by microwave digestion-ICP-MS was carried out.A simpler and more effective microwave digestion solution was explored.The matrix interference and drift were corrected by mixed internal standard.[Result]The linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves of each element was 0.9994-0.9999,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of each element was 0.73%-11.01%,and the detection limits of each element was 0.00043-0.887μg/L.Among them,the recoveries of standard addition was 84.49%-101.17%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can meet the needs of simultaneous determination and analysis of lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic,mercury,aluminium,titanium,selenium,nickel,iron,copper,zinc,potassium,manganese,boron,magnesium,tin,sodium,calcium,barium,antimony and strontium in rice.
