摘要 食品安全快速检测是食品质量与安全专业教学体系的一门重要的专业基础课程,目的是让学生掌握食品安全快速检测方法,为社会培养合格的食品安全质检人员。针对目前教学中遇到的问题,从教学方法、教学内容和考核方式进行了改革和探索。实践证明,改革取得了良好的教学效果,提高了教学效率、学生学习的主动性和积极性。 The course of Rapid Detection for Food Safety is an important professional foundation in the major of Food Quality&Safety.The course introduces the basic knowledge of rapid detection method for food safety and train qualified food safety inspectors for the society.According to the exist problems of the teaching,we carried out a series of reforms,such as the teaching methods,teaching contents and assessment methods.The teaching practice showed that the reform had made the good teaching effects,which could inspire the students'initiative and enthusiasm to study,and improve the effect and quality of teaching.
