基于学生背景的实践教学排课体系的优化——以华南农业大学农事技能通识训练课程为例 被引量:4

Research on Optimizon the Arrangement System of General Agricultural Skill Training Based on Student Background—A Case Study of General Agricultural Skill Training Course of South China Agricultural University

摘要 通识训练课程教学是重要的实践教学模式之一,具有面广、授课学生多的特点,其课程安排是教务管理的难点之一。以农事技能通识训练课程为例,通过问卷调查形式应用聚类分析方法,对来自12个学院、7个学科门类、39个专业的农事技能通识训练参训学生进行课程满意度调查。结果表明,不同性别、生源地、学院、专业、学科等背景条件的学生“课程注重”和“训练站选择”结果差异明显;总体来看,学生“课程注重”选择比例由高到低依次为课程设计的趣味性、课程实践操作环节、课程内容的实用性、与本专业的结合性;训练站自主选择比例较高的为园艺训练站、动物养殖训练站,较低的为植物保护训练站;通过对不同专业参训学生“课程注重”及“训练站”选择比例进行聚类,可将其划分为3大类群;根据问卷从现开设模块中选出学生最喜爱的模块数6个(前10%)及学生期待开设的模块数10个。该研究旨在为类似农事技能通识训练课程的开设和排课优化,为提高教务管理效率提供理论依据。 General training course is an important practical teaching mode,which has the characteristics of wide range and large number of students.The curriculum arrangement is one of the difficulties in educational administration.12 colleges,7 disciplines and 39 majors were surveyed in order to understand the satisfaction of students from different backgrounds in general agricultural skill training.The results showed that there were significant differences in curriculum emphasis and training station selection between different gender,life background,college,major and subject.In general,the choice of the proportion in curriculum emphasis from high to low were in the order of interestingness,practicalness,practicability and combinability.There were high selection ratio in gardening training station and animal breeding training station,lower in plant protection training station of general agricultural skill training;using the cluster analysis of curriculum emphasis and training station,39 majors could be divided into 3 types.According to the questionnaire,6(top 10%)were selected from the current modules and 10 were expected to establish.This research provided theoretical support for development and scheduling in course.
