摘要
采用超声提取–离子色谱法测定了土壤中F–、CN–、BrO3–、Cl–、NO2–、Br–、NO3–、PO43–、SO42–、C2O42–等10种水溶性阴离子含量。样品中阴离子用水浸提,提取条件为:固液比1:10,温度30℃,超声振荡时间30 min。提取完成后离心,取上清液通过0.22μm滤膜过滤后测定。在选定的离子色谱测定条件下,10种被测阴离子的检出限为0.009 7~0.31 mg/kg,不同阴离子的加标回收率为84.0%~112%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.09%~4.3%。
Ion chromatography was applied to determining 10 water-soluble anions including F–, CN–, BrO–3, Cl–, NO–2, Br-, NO–3, PO34–, SO24– and C2 O24– in soil with ultrasonic extraction. The anions in the samples were extracted by water, and the conditions of extraction were optimized and given as follow: solid-liquid ratio of 1︰10, temperature of 30 ℃, and ultrasonic oscillation time of 30 min. The filtrate that obtained from filtrating supernatant with the filter membrane of 0.22 μm was determined after the extract was centrifuged firstly. Under the optimal conditions of ion chromatography, the detection limits of the ten anions were found in the range of 0.009 7-0.31 mg/kg, the recoveries of different anions were in the range of 84.0%-112%, and the RSDs(n = 7) were in the range of 0.09%-4.3%.
