东西方人权价值观比较——“2019年中欧人权研讨会”综述

Comparison of Human Rights Values between the East and the West-Summary of the “2019 China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights”

由中国人权研究会、奥地利与中国友好协会主办的"2019年中欧人权研讨会"于2019年6月21日在奥地利成功举办。通过此次会议,中国作为东方人权国家的重要代表,向欧洲各国展示了中国人权在理论与实践方面的丰硕成果。中国与西方人权理论的价值观念、话语体系也再次在研讨会中激烈的碰撞。在观点交锋的火花之中,东西方学者深刻认识到人权的普遍性与特殊性,不同历史文化价值观下的人权具有其内在演进规律。此次会议倡导,应将人类命运共同体理念转换为主权国家与国际社会的人权治理。东西方人权理念的融合与汇集,必然带领东西方的人权实践踏上新的征程。

The 2019 China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights hosted by China Society for Human Rights Studies and Austria-China Friendship Association was successfully held in Austria on June 21,2019.Through this conference,China,as an important representative of Eastern countries of human rights,demonstrated its fruitful theoretical and practical achievements of human rights to European countries.The conference also witnessed lively communication and exchanges in the human rights values and discourse system between China and the West,during which scholars of the East and the West have realized the universality and particularity of human rights,and the inherent evolution laws of human rights under different historical and cultural values.This conference advocates that the concept of "a community with a shared future for mankind" should be transformed into human rights governance of sovereign states and the international community.The convergence and integration of the human rights concepts of the East and the West will inevitably lead human rights practices of the East and the West to embark on a new journey.
