海南省防风防汛工作的实践及经验

针对受台风影响较多的实际,海南省经过多年的实践探索,总结了以防为主做好防风防汛基础工作、落实各级防汛责任、加大科技支撑力度提高决策和公共服务能力和水平等经验,这是取得防风防汛工作胜利的法宝。

For the actual more affected by the typhoon,the experiences of highlighting prevention to typhoon and flood disasters have been summarized along with years of practices and exploration,such as keep preventing work principalin the basic work of wind and flood prevention,assigning responsibilities at different levels,making decision in a scientific manner and enhancing level of public services.All these measures are effective to dealing with typhoon and flood disasters.
