沈阳市重点河流水体达标治理措施及对策

Control measures and strategies for key water bodies to come up to standards in Shenyang City

围绕水质改善与生态恢复这一核心,以辽宁省沈阳市浑河、蒲河、细河、北沙河等重点河流及其主要支流考核断面水质达标为目标,坚持问题导向,从水资源、水环境、水污染、水生态及执法监管等方面,综合分析了河流现状存在的主要问题;以推动河流水生态、水污染、水环境等的治理修复为主线,有针对性地提出拦蓄水工程建设、河口湿地建设、生态封育、城市排水管网建设改造、实施生态补水调水工程、畜禽养殖污染治理及网格化管理等措施,突出源头控制,确保2019年年底实现重点河流水体达标,打造绿色生态河流。

Regarding water quality and ecological restoration,comprehensive analysis is given to the key issues related to current stats of rivers in the respects of water resources,ecology,water pollution and environment,by targeting the problems of low water quality in cross-sections of Hun,Pu,Xi and Beisha rivers and their tributaries.Specific measures are proposed accordingly,with focuses on water storage and diversion works,recovery of river estuary and wetlands,protecting ecology-vulnerable areas,rehabilitation of urban drainage systems,water transfer and diversion for ecological purpose and controlling pollution of livestock and poultry farming and networking application,in order to reinforce efforts for better ecosystem,water environment and control of pollution in these river basins.In addition,control of water sources and boost of green ecology and rivers may also provide support for water quality of these rivers come up to the standards by the end of 2019.
