中国国家经济安全研究的现状与展望

The Status Quo and Prospect of China’s National Economic Security Research

国家经济安全是国家安全体系的重要组成部分,是国家安全的基础,是政治安全和军事安全的依托。当今世界正在经历百年未有之大变局,对中国国家经济安全带来了巨大的挑战。中国国家经济安全研究发展历程可分为热点关注阶段、渐成体系阶段、入世应对阶段、顶层设计阶段和以制度建设为中心的规范发展阶段。中国国家经济安全研究存在不足主要体现在:从研究层面来看,战略性有待强调;从研究内容来看,系统性有待完善;从研究深度来看,规范性有待加强;从研究成果来看,应用性有待提高。应把中国国家经济安全保障制度建设作为近期研究重点。

National economic security is one of the most important parts of the national security system,the foundation of national security,andthe support of political security and military security.Under the background of counter-globalization,it is particularly important to strengthen the research on China’s national economic security.The development process of China’s national economic security research can be divided into the hot attention period,the gradual system period,the response stage of WTO accession period,the top-level design period and the normative development period centered on institution building.There are four main deficiencies in China’s national economic security research:from the research level,strategy needs to be emphasized;from the research content,systemic needs to be improved;from the depth of research,standardization needs to be strengthened;from the research results,the applicability needs to be improved.As far as the future research is concerned,the construction of China’s national economic security guarantee system should be the focus.
