摘要
采用2016年住建部全国小城镇调查的镇区问卷调查数据,通过构建多水平有序logit模型(Meologit),对全国31个省(区、市)119个小城镇居民购物出行范围特征及其影响因素进行研究,进一步揭示城乡消费空间的新型城镇等级结构。研究发现:①小城镇居民购物出行到县市联系加强,呈现“两头强中间弱”的跳跃性圈层结构,镇域和市域范围占比高,呈现与中心地距离递减规律不一样的新趋势;②地理区位和道路条件等因素的重要性在下降,家庭收入、机动车拥有水平和家庭结构等社会经济因素的影响更大;③公交便利性将扩大居民购物出行范围;④较高的镇区商业服务水平,将强化居民本地化购物出行。基于以上发现,对城乡交通和商业等级布局提出相关建议。
This paper employs 2016 China National Town Research Data to explore the determinants that influence shopping travel range of township residents in 119 rural towns throughout China,and the new hierarchical structure of rural-urban consumption space is also explored.A multilevel ordered logistic regression model is applied to examine both individual and spatial factors.It finds that:1)The new trend of rural township residents'travel to shop afield towards higher-order service centres has been strengthened with more"town-to-city"linkages,which is against the diminishing law of central place theory;2)As geographical location and road conditions are no longer the main factors,the shopping travel range of residents will extend with the increasing daily travel demands,income,and vehicle ownership;3)Improving public transport services particularly the accessibility of bus stops may significantly enlarge township residents'outshopping range;4)A higher level of township retail service will impulse residents to shop locally.Based on the result,we proposed some suggestions on rural-urban transport and commercial land use planning.
