Clinical Analysis of a Type 55 Adenoviral Pneumonia Outbreak

目的分析55型腺病毒性肺炎患者的临床表现和影像学特征,为腺病毒性肺炎的诊疗提供借鉴和思考。方法回顾性分析2018-02月作者医院收治的64例腺病毒性肺炎患者的临床表现、实验室检查指标、胸部影像学特点和临床转归情况。结果患者中以发热为首发症状的占92.19%(59/64),平均体温在(38.18±1.09)℃,入院后发热热程延续(2.23±1.59) d。肺炎患者胸部电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)表现各异,累及肺部单叶或多叶段,以稍低密度的毛玻璃影或高密度的片状实变渗出为主要表现。结论 55型腺病毒与一般呼吸道病毒和腺病毒感染引起的临床表现类似,但与一般腺病毒感染不同,其感染引发肺炎的几率较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, imaging features of patients with type 55 adenoviral pneumonia,and provide reference and thinking for diagnosis and treatment of adenovirus pneumonia.Methods A total of 64 cases patients with adenoviral pneumonia in author’s hospital from February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical manifestations, laboratory indexes,chest computed tomography(CT) features and clinical outcome were observed.Results Among the 64 patients, 92.19%(59/64) of cases suffered with fever and fever was the first symptom of patients. The body temperature was(38.18±1.09)℃, and the fever time was(2.23±1.59) days. The lung CT images of patients were preformed differently, including frosted glass shadows or high-density exudative lesions in single-lobe or multi-lobular of the lung.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of type 55 adenoviral infection in adults are similar to common respiratory viral infections and adenovirus infection, but contrary to adenovirus infections, the higher risk of infection causes pneumonia.
