多元化康复模式对胫腓骨骨折患者膝关节功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effects of Diversified Rehabilitation Modes on Function Recovery of Knee Joint and Life Quality of Patients with Tibiofibula Fracture

目的探讨多元化康复模式应用于胫腓骨骨折患者康复护理的临床效果。方法选取84例胫腓骨骨折康复锻炼患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例,对照组仅给予常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施多元化康复模式。比较锻炼前及锻炼3个月后2组患者膝关节功能(Lysholm膝关节评分量表)、生活质量[国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)2000主观评分量表]变化,分析锻炼期间2组患者并发症发生率差异。结果锻炼3个月后,2组患者Lysholm膝关节评分、IKDC 2000主观评分均较锻炼前有提升,且观察组高于对照组[(75.82±14.90)分vs(68.39±13.37)分、(80.26±10.53)分vs(74.03±14.94)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锻炼期间,观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组[4.76%(2/42)vs19.04%(8/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化康复模式可有效促进胫腓骨骨折患者膝关节功能恢复及生活质量改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of diversified rehabilitation modes on the recovery and nursing of patients with tibiofibula fracture.Methods 84 patients with the rehabilitation exercises after tibiofibula fracture were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was implemented by diversified rehabilitation modes on the basis of the the control group.To compare the changes of knee function(Lysholm Knee Score Scale)and life quality[International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)2000 Subjective Rating Scale]in the two groups before and 3 months after exercise,and analyze the differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups during the exercise.Results After3 months’exercise,the Lysholm knee score and the subjective score of IKDC 2000 in both groups were improved compared with those before exercise,the observation group was higher than the control group[(75.82±14.90)pointsvs(68.39±13.37)points,(80.26±10.53)pointsvs(74.03±14.94)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the exercise,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[4.76%(2/42)vs19.04%(8/42)],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified rehabilitation modes can effectively promote the function recovery of knee joint and the life quality improvement of patients with tibiofibula fractures.
