摘要
目的据调查结果对郑州市某教学医院实习护生职业获益感进行分析,了解实习护生职业获益感的现状和特点,从而为培养临床护理新生储备力量和对其进行有效的职业引导提供依据。方法本研究采用便利抽样方法,对郑州市某教学医院的实习护生进行问卷调查。研究工具为一般资料问卷和胡菁等人编制的职业获益感量表。结果实习护生职业获益感总分为(134.682±19.775)分,处于中等偏上水平,自身成长维度得分最高(33.763±4.598)分,亲友认同维度得分最低(24.063±3.647)分,性别、年龄及是否担任班干部是影响实习护生职业获益感的因素(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论实习护生职业获益感受其一般社会人口学特征的影响,年龄、性别及是否担任班干部对职业获益感的影响较为明显。职业获益感作为一种积极的职业认知评价,对培养新鲜高质量的临床护理人才具有正向作用。
Objective To analyze the professional benefits of the nursing interns in a teaching hospital in Zhengzhou according to the survey results and to clarify the current situation and characteristics of the professional benefits of nursing interns,so as to provide a basis for training the new strength of clinical nursing talents and conducting an effective career guidance for them.Methods A convenient sampling method was adopted in the study to conduct a questionnaire survey among the nursing interns in a teaching hospital in Zhengzhou.The research tools were the questionnaire of general data and Professional Benefits Rating Scale compiled by Hu Jing and others.Results The total score of professional benefits of nursing interns was(134.682±19.775)points,which was above the average level.The score of selfgrowth dimension was the highest(33.763±4.598)points,while the score of the family and friends identity dimension was the lowest(24.063±3.647)points.Gender,age and whether served as a class cadre or not were the significant factors that affected the professional benefits of nursing interns(P<0.05 or<0.01).Conclusion The professional benefits of internship nurses are influenced by the general sociodemographic characteristics,among which age,gender and whether they worked as class cadres have more significant effects on the professional benefits.As a positive professional cognitive evaluation,the professional benefit has a positive effect on the cultivation of new and high-quality clinical nursing talents.
