摘要
聚合酶链式反应法(PCR)是在体外快速扩增核酸片段的一项技术,因其具有快速、灵敏、高效等特点,近年来被广泛应用于检验检测领域。药品的质量和安全关系着人民群众的生命健康,本文归纳总结了目前PCR技术在国内外药品质量控制领域中的主要应用,并展望其应用前景。
Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)is a technique for rapid amplification of nucleic acid fragments in vitro.Because of its rapid,sensitive and efficient characteristics,it has been widely used in the field of inspection and detection in recent years.The quality and safety of drugs are related to people’s life and health.The paper summarized the main applications of PCR technology in the field of drug quality control at home and abroad.
