摘要 目的:建立GC-MS法测定黄凡士林中2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)含量的方法,为黄凡士林质量控制提供依据。方法:样品经甲醇加热回流10 min后测定,采用DB-5MS毛细管(30 m×0.25μm,0.25μm),程序升温进行分离,选择定量离子(m/z)205,定性离子(m/z)220进行检测,外标法计算。结果:在该试验条件下,BHT能很好分离;在10~240 ng·ml^-1的浓度范围线性关系良好(r=0.9985);平均回收率为99.61%(RSD=2.3%,n=6)。结论:本方法准确度高、重复性好,可用于黄凡士林中BHT的含量测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol(BHT)in yellow vaseline by GCMS to provide basis for the quality control of vaseline.Methods:The sample was heated and refluxed in methanol for 10 min,and then measured.A DB-5 MS capillary tube(30 m×0.25μm,0.25μm)was used for the separation with programmed temperature,and the quantitative ion(m/z)205 and the qualitative ion(m/z)220 were selected for the detection,and an external standard method was used for the calculation.Results:Under the experimental conditions,BHT could be well separated.The linear relationship was good within the concentration range of 10-240 ng·ml^-1(r=0.9985),and the average recovery was 99.61%(RSD=2.3%,n=6).Conclusion:The method has high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used for determining the content of BHT in yellow vaseline.
