本文对SAS-TEC公司的慢回弹低频阻尼材料行了深入解析,确定其为发泡聚氨酯材料,对慢回弹低频阻尼材料样品进行了力学、抗冲击、防刺、阻燃等试验。试验结果证明,该材料的抗冲击性能优异,可满足防暴护具的性能要求。但是其不阻燃,防刺性能十分差,几乎没有防刺效果,成为其不能作为防暴护具材料的软肋。

In this paper,the slow rebound low-frequency damping material of the SAS-TEC company is analyzed,and it is determined to be foamed polyurethane material.Tests of slow rebound low-frequency damping material samples are performed on mechanics,impact resistance,puncture resistance,and flame retardancy,showing that the impact resistance of the material is excellent,and it can meet the performance requirements of the anti-explosion protector.But it is not flame-retardant.The stab-resistant performance is not good.It has almost no anti-stab effect,making it the weakness that cannot be used as a riot gear material.This material has been widely used in the field of sports protection,and because of its excellent impact resistance,the product has high added value and high profits.It is believed that it will be more widely used in the field of sports protection.
