北京市某制药企业职业病危害现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures of occupational hazards in a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing

目的了解北京市某制药企业需要重点预防和控制的职业病危害因素。方法2018年10月采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,对北京市某制药企业职业病危害现状进行综合评价。结果北京市某制药企业职业病危害因素主要有生产性粉尘和物理因素。检测结果中,其他粉尘(0.43~8.97 mg/m^3)符合国家职业接触限值的要求;噪声[(74.3~86.8)d B(A)]中有1个检测点不符合国家职业接触限值的要求;该制药厂防尘措施基本到位,防噪措施有待加强。结论北京市某制药企业职业病危害因素整体防控效果较好,少数岗位噪声危害控制效果较差,在确保进一步加强职业卫生管理、增加职业病危害防护设施、保证个体防护用品正确适时使用的前提下,噪声危害控制效果明显好转。

Objective To understand the occupational disease hazards need to focus on prevention and control in a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing.Methods Occupational health field survey and occupational health testing were used to collect data in October 2018 to evaluate the status of occupational hazards in a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing.Results The occupational hazards in a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing mainly included productive dust and physical factors.Among the test results,the level of particles not otherwise regulated(0.43-8.97 mg/m3)met the national occupational exposure limits requirements.One of the noise testing points[(74.3-86.8)dB(A)]did not meet the national occupational exposure limit requirements.Dust prevention measures were basically effective,and noise prevention measures need to be strengthened.Conclusion The overall prevention and control effect of occupational hazards in a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing is good,but the noise hazard control effect of a few posts is poor.Under the premise of ensuring further strengthening occupational health management,increasing occupational hazard protection facilities,and ensuring the correct and timely use of personal protective equipment,the noise hazard control effect has improved significantly.
