摘要
目的研究斋戒对高温作业员工生化指标的影响。方法对中东地区长城钻探公司某修井队所有斋戒员工斋月期间(2018年5月16日-6月15日)及开斋后1个月的生化指标进行检测并对比。结果共调查26名员工,其直接胆红素、球蛋白、白球比、肌酐、尿酸、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇斋戒前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),但除了血糖监测发现2例<2.8 mmol/L外,其余生化指标均在正常范围。斋月期间及非斋月期总胆红素、间接胆红素、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素、甘油三酯、CHOL、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶前后检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论斋月期间高温作业的斋戒员工生化指标有一定变化,但大都在正常范围内,可以认为斋戒对职工健康影响不大,斋月期间穆斯林员工可以从事日常工作,但偶有低血糖发生,应予以重视。
Objective To study the effect of Ramadan fasting on biochemical parameters of employees in high-temperature operation.Methods The biochemical parameters of all fasting employees in a workover rig of Greatwall Drilling Company in the Middle East during Ramadan(from May 16 to June 15 of 2018)and one month after the end of Ramadan were tested and compared.Results Totally 26 employees were investigated.There were statistically significant differences in direct bilirubin,globulin,ratio of albumin to globulin creatinine,uric acid,cholestero(CHOL)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol between before and after Ramadan fasting(all P<0.01).Except for two cases with blood glucose monitoring below 2.8mmol/L,other biochemical parameters were all within the normal range.There were no statistically significant differences in test results of total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,serum total protein,albumin,urea,triglycerides,CHOL,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,glucose,alanine aminotrans-ferase and aspartate aminotransferase between during and after Ramanda(all P>0.05).Conclusion High-temperature operation during Ramadan has obvious influence on the biochemical parameters of fasting employees,but most of them are within the normal range,which can be considered to have little impact on the health of employees.Muslim employees can conduct routine work during Ramadan.However,hypoglycemia occurs occasionally and should be paid attention to.
