不同职业工种矿工应对方式状况及影响因素

Coping style and influencing factors of miners with different occupational types of work

目的了解河北省开滦煤矿10个特殊工种矿工应对方式状况及其影响因素。方法采取分层抽样的方法,以2017年1月-2018年12月开滦煤矿企业在职井下矿工为调查对象,使用一般人口学资料问卷和简易应对方式量表进行调查。结果煤矿井下电气工积极应对方式得分低于常模(P<0.05);10个工种矿工消极应对方式得分均低于常模,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);>50岁的矿工消极应对方式得分高于≤30岁、31~40岁的矿工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文盲、小学、高中学历的矿工积极应对方式得分低于大专及以上学历的矿工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);煤矿井下爆破工人消极应对方式使用高于煤矿井下电气工、煤矿安全监测监控工、煤矿瓦斯检查工、煤矿安全检查工、煤矿采煤机操作工、煤矿瓦斯抽采工和煤矿探放水工(均P<0.01);煤矿探放水工消极应对方式使用低于煤矿井下爆破工、煤矿安全监测监控工、煤矿瓦斯检查工、煤矿提升机操作工、煤矿瓦斯抽采工和煤矿防突工(均P<0.05);≤10年工龄的矿工积极应对方式和消极应对方式得分均低于21~30年工龄的矿工(均P<0.05)。结论不同职业工种井下特种工的消极应对方式得分均低于常模,应对方式状况受工种、年龄、文化程度及工龄的影响。

Objective To understand the coping styles and influencing factors of 10 special types of miners in Kailuan coal mine in Hebei Province.Methods The stratified sampling method was adopted.The underground miners worker in Kailuan coal mine enterprise from January in 2017 to December in 2018 were selected and investigated by the general demographic data questionnaire and simple coping style scale.Results The score of positive coping style of electrician was obviously lower than that of norm(P<0.05).The score of negative coping styles of 10 types of miners was lower than that of the norm,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of negative coping style of miners aged>50 years old were significantly higher than that of miners aged≤30 and 31-40 years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of positive coping style of miners with illiteracy,primary and senior high school education was significantly lower than that of junior college degree and above,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of negative coping style of coal mine blasting workers was significantly higher than that of coal mine electrical workers,coal mine safety monitoring workers,coal mine gas inspectors,coal mine safety inspectors,coal mine coal cutter operators,coal mine gas drainage workers and coal mine exploration and drainage workers(all P<0.01).The score of negative coping style of coal mine exploration and drainage workers were significantly lower than that of coal mine blasting workers,coal mine safety inspectors,coal mine gas inspectors,coal mine hoist operators,coal mine gas extraction workers and coal mine outburst prevention workers(all P<0.05).The scores of positive coping styles and negative coping styles of miners with≤10 years of service were significantly lower than 21-30 years of service(all P<0.05).Conclusion The scores of negative coping styles of different types of underground special workers are lower than the norm,and the coping styles are affected by the type of work,age,educational level and working age.
