育肾培元方联合雌孕激素周期疗法治疗脾肾两虚型月经不调临床研究

Clinical Study on Yushen Peiyuan Prescription Combined with Estrogen-progesterone Cycle Therapy for Irregular Menstruation of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type

目的:观察在雌孕激素周期疗法基础上加用育肾培元方加减治疗脾肾两虚型月经不调的疗效。方法:将78例脾肾两虚型月经不调患者随机分为中医组和常规组各39例。2组均给予雌孕激素周期疗法治疗,中医组加予育肾培元方加减治疗。2组治疗时间均为1个月经周期。比较2组的临床疗效和治疗前后的激素[黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)]水平,观察2组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1个月经周期,中医组总有效率(94.87%)高于常规组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组LH、E2和P水平均较治疗前升高,中医组3项指标值均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在雌孕激素周期疗法基础上加用育肾培元方治疗脾肾两虚型月经不调患者可显著提高疗效,改善患者的激素水平,用药安全性较好。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the additional application of modified Yushen Peiyuan prescription based on the estrogen-progesterone cycle therapy for irregular menstruation of spleen and kidney deficiency type. Methods:A total of 78 patients with irregular menstruation of spleen and kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the conventional group. Both groups were adopted with estrogen-progesterone cycle therapy,and the Chinese medicine group was additionally treated with modified Yushen Peiyuan prescription. The treatment time in both groups was one menstrual cycle. The clinical effect and the levels of hormones including luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) in the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results: After one menstrual cycle of treatment, the total effective rate was 94.87% in the Chinese medicine group,higher than that of 76.92% in the conventional group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).The levels of LH,E2 and P in the two groups were all increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the Chinese medicine group were all higher than those in the conventional group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion:In treating patients with irregular menstruation of spleen and kidney deficiency type,the additional application of Yushen Peiyuan prescription based on estrogen-progesterone cycle therapy, can significantly improve the curative effect and their hormone levels with great drug safety.
