钙调磷酸酶抑制剂的抗真菌作用研究进展

摘要 抗真菌药影响真菌细胞壁及细胞膜的完整性,引起真菌细胞出现应激反应,进一步诱导真菌出现获得性耐药表型。钙调磷酸酶信号通路在此过程中发挥了重要作用;因此,近年来越来越多的研究开始关注其作为抗真菌靶点以及钙调磷酸酶抑制剂作为抗真菌药物增敏剂的潜在临床价值。 Antifungal agents affect the integrity of fungal cell walls and cell membranes,causing stress reactions in fungal cells and further inducing the acquired resistant phenotype of pathogenic fungi.Calcineurin signaling pathway plays an important role in this process.Therefore,in recent years,more and more studies have begun to pay attention to its potential clinical value as an anti-fungal target and the potential possibility of calcineurin inhibitors as antifungal drug sensitizers for pathogenic fungi.
