摘要
目的探讨以案例为基础的模拟任务驱动教学法在皮肤科临床教学运用的效果。方法选择2018—2019年至安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院规培的全科医学专业研究生作为研究对象,共84名,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组即案例为基础的任务驱动带教组,每天需完成4份不同病种门诊病例或1份住院病例书写为驱动任务,并且带教老师根据书写病例发现的知识点对学生提问;对照组采用传统灌输式带教方法。结果实验组学生的理论和技能考试提升成绩均优于对照组(P均<0.01);实验组学生对带教老师的责任心、带教方式、自我评价等得分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),且对带教内容评价得分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以案例为基础的模拟任务驱动教学法能让学生理论和技能全面提高,还能提高学生对老师和对自己的满意度,值得临床教学借鉴或推广。
Objective To explore the effect of case based task driven teaching method in clinical teaching of dermatology.Methods From 2018 to 2019,84 graduate students majoring in general medicine from Chaohu Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was the case based task driven teaching group,which need to complete medical record of 4 outpatient cases or 1 inpatient case as the driving task every day,and the teachers introduced the questions to students according to the knowledge points found in medical records.The students in the control group were taught by traditional indoctrination.Results The scores of theory and skill test in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of responsibility and teaching method of the faculty,and self-evaluation of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of teaching content evaluation were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case based task driven teaching method can improve students’theory and skills in an allround way,and also improve students’satisfaction with teachers and themselves,which is worthy of reference or promotion in clinical teaching.
